A welcoming space for women living with chronic pain & fluctuating symptoms
Here, the focus is on finding gentler, more realistic ways to dress for the day you’re actually having — while still making room for your personal style and the things that help you feel like yourself.
Chic Relief is a growing space for women living with chronic pain and fluctuating symptoms to explore gentler, comfort-first ways of getting dressed.
It’s about reducing some of the physical and mental strain that can come with choosing clothes, working with your changing needs instead of against them, and finding ways to stay connected to your personal style along the way.

Hi, I'm Rhi!

I live with chronic pain and fluctuating energy, so I know firsthand that getting dressed isn’t always as simple as opening the wardrobe and choosing an outfit.
I created Chic Relief as a welcoming, judgment-free space for women whose bodies and capacity can change from day to day.
My approach is about making getting dressed feel less overwhelming, finding options that work with the day you’re actually having and helping you feel a little more like yourself along the way.
There’s no pressure to do things perfectly here. You’re allowed to adapt, pause, change your mind and go at your own pace.
